A pair of Edwardian houses which had been poorly joined together to form a hotel.

Over time, the hotel had fallen into disrepair and deteriorated into a squat. The brief involved restoring both properties back to their original use as two separate family homes.

The houses were completely gutted and refurbished. The internal layout of the dwellings was remodelled and the environmental performance brought up to modern standards. New hard and soft landscaping was added including the reinstatement of front and rear gardens.
